Ingredients: Air Fryer Omelette

  • 4 Large eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons ham
  • 1 Tablespoon onion (chopped)
  • 1 Tablespoon red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 Tablespoon green bell pepper (chopped)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (Add more to taste. You can use up to ½ teaspoon)
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 Tablespoons shredded cheese (cheddar cheese or any you like)
  • 1 Tablespoon spring onions (to serve)

Directions:Air Fryer Omelette

  • Grease a 6-inch baking pan with oil and set aside.
  • In a bowl, crack the eggs, add milk, chopped onions, ham, bell peppers, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Whisk to combine.
  • Pour the mixture into the greased pan and air fry for 8 to 10 minutes. Top with cheese in the last minute of cooking if desired.
  • Use a spatula to slide the omelette out of the pan and serve with your favorite sides.
