- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
Instructions: Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese_
- In a small mixing bowl, blend the softened butter with garlic powder and dried parsley until the mixture is completely homogeneous.
- Evenly coat one side of each bread slice with the garlic butter mixture using a spatula or butter knife.
- Place two bread slices, buttered side down, on a clean surface. Distribute the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend evenly over them. Top with the remaining slices, buttered side up, to form two sandwiches.
- Heat a large sauté pan over low heat. Add the sandwiches and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until the undersides are golden and crisp.
- Carefully turn each sandwich using a spatula. Continue cooking for an additional 4 to 5 minutes, or until the opposite side is golden brown and the cheese has fully melted.
