- β’ 1 tsp onion granules
- β’ Pinch of sea salt & black pepper
- β’ 60g shredded iceberg lettuce
- β’ 3 lighter cheese slices
- β’ 6 pickled gherkins, sliced
- β’ 3 tbsp chunky burger sauce

- 1. Mix chicken mince + spices. Shape into 6 thin patties.
- 2. Coat patties lightly in crushed cornflakes.
- 3. Air fry @ 200Β°C for 14β16 mins, flipping halfway.
- 4. Toast buns for 1β2 mins in air fryer.
