Ingredients: Air Fryer Two Ingredient Bagels
- ▢1 cup self rising flour
- ▢1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- ▢1 large egg, for wash
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
- ▢1 tbsp Everything but the Bagel Seasoning

Instructions: Air Fryer Two Ingredient Bagels
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine one cup of self rising-flour and yogurt into a medium bowl. Stir them together with a rubber spatula or wooden spoon until it begins to thicken and forms a ball of dough
- Place the dough onto a well floured surface and cut into 4 or 6 even pieces of dough. I use a little extra flour on the table so the dough doesn’t stick.
- Turn the dough into bagels, by rolling each wedge into a small rope, about 6-8 inches in length. Connect the ends of each piece, into a bagel shape circle.
- Whisk the egg in a small bowl, and then using a pastry brush, brush bagels with the egg wash.
- Sprinkle any toppings onto the bagel before you cook them. Next, place the bagels into the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the bagels at 350 degrees F and cook for about 10 minutes. The bagels will begin to turn golden brown when they are done. Cooking times may vary.
Notes
If you don’t have self rising flour in your pantry, you can make your own. For one cup of self rising flour, combine one cup of flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt. Sift the ingredients together.
