Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs (about 3 cups) boneless, skinless chicken breast, finely chopped or ground
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella (or cheddar, or a blend)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup mayo or sour cream
- 1/3 cup almond flour or regular flour (adjust for texture)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions or parsley
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp paprika or chili flakes (optional for a little kick)
- Oil for pan-frying (olive or avocado oil works great)
Instructions:
- Mix It Up:
- In a large bowl, combine chopped chicken, cheese, eggs, mayo, flour, garlic, herbs, and seasoning.
- Mix well until everything is evenly combined — the texture will be sticky, like a thick batter.
Heat the Pan:
Heat 2–3 tbsp oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
