You can make this recipe in different ways you like such as air fryer bacon and eggs on toast, air fryer bacon and egg cups, air fryer bacon and egg sandwich, and many more.

Ingredients:
- Bacon sliced in half
- Eggs
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Ingredients for air fryer bacon and eggs on toast:
- 1 slice of bread (white or brown)
- 1 egg
- 2 bacon slice
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Cheese (optional)
- Mixed Herbs (optional)
Instructions:
- Take a slice of bread and press it with a cup or bowl with a flat bottom to make a hollow space.
- Place a slice of bread on a flat surface add the cheese, add the slice of bacon on top of the bread-making border.
- Carefully crack an egg in the middle.
- Dust salt, pepper, and mixed herbs over the egg.
- Place it carefully in the air fryer basket. Cook at 180C/355F for 10 minutes.
- Remove the air fryer bacon and eggs toast. Plate, serve and enjoy.
Note: You can just add a slice of cheese on top and cover with another slice of bread and make an air fryer bacon egg and cheese sandwich. You can enjoy this recipe any way you want to.
Tips for Air Fryer Bacon and Eggs:
- Use silicone cups while making bacon and eggs as they’re easy to use and sturdy.
- Adjust the cooking time according to the kind of egg you want (fully cooked/ runny yolk)
- You can cook the bacon first for a few minutes or use thinner cut bacon.
