- • Pinch of sea salt & black pepper
- • 60g shredded iceberg lettuce
- • 3 lighter cheese slices
- • 6 pickled gherkins, sliced
- • 3 tbsp chunky burger sauce
- • 4½ soft white rolls (use 1½ per burger for the “Big Mac middle bun”)
