Instructions
- Cube the cheese into pieces. Gently press a brie piece into the cup with a spoon or using your fingers. Cut a bite size piece for each cup, which is about 1-inch cubes.Â
- Once the cups have been lined with cheese, top the brie with cranberry sauce. I used about a teaspoon of cranberry sauce on each piece.
- Place the cups in the air fryer basket or on a small baking sheet. Air Fry at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 3-5 minutes, until golden brown. If they aren’t warm, add an additional 1-2 minutes.Â
Notes: Air Fryer Cranberry Brie Bites
- Baked brie tastes best if served warm.
- You can sprinkle brown sugar on top before cooking, or add a teaspoon of brown sugar to the cranberry sauce before baking.
- For an extra splash of seasonal colors for a festive appetizer, garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.Â
