Air Fryer Peach Cobbler is an dessert filled with warm sweet peaches, perfect for a fall picnic or dessert for any time throughout the year! Top it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a spoonful of whipped cream for the ultimate peach dessert!

INGREDIENTS:
Filling:
- 2 cups fresh peaches sliced and peeled (about 4-5 medium peaches)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
Topping:
- ½ cup all purpose flour
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup unsalted butter melted (4 tablespoons)
INSTRUCTIONSÂ :
- Place peach slices on paper towels to absorb a bit of the moisture and set aside.
- Add peaches, brown sugar, vanilla, and cornstarch in a medium bowl. Toss the peaches in the mixture to evenly cover and coat all fresh peach slices.
- Lightly spray 4 ramekins with nonstick cooking spray, and then spoon peach mixture, divided evenly, into the individual ramekins.Â
- Â In a separate bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt with the melted butter. Stir together until a crumble forms. Using a spoon, evenly pour the crumble mixture over the peach filling.
- Air fry at 330 degrees F for 15-18 minutes until the topping is golden brown. Check cobbler 10 minutes into the cooking process to make sure the topping isn’t burning, then add an additional 5 minutes of cook time.Â
- Remove cobbler from the air fryer and let sit for 3-5 minutes on a wire rack prior to serving.
NOTES:
Optional Flavors: teaspoon vanilla extract, teaspoon ground cinnamon, coconut sugar, ground nutmeg or ground ginger.
Optional Toppings: scoop of vanilla ice cream, powdered sugar, caramel syrup, heavy cream or various chopped fresh fruits.
Cooking Tips: If you do not have ripe peaches, you can use frozen peaches, drained and dried canned peaches.
