INGREDIENTS
- 1 Red Velvet Cake Mix
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ¾ cup white chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare the airfryer basket by placing a piece of parchment paper in the bottom. Poke holes in the paper for air flow if needed.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, oil, and eggs. Mix until all of the ingredients are combined and it is a thick dough.
- Add the white chocolate chips and mix into the cookie dough until they are evenly distributed.
- Use a small scoop or spoon and drop scoops of dough into the prepared basket of your air fryer. Be sure to allow room for the dough to spread. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you will probably have to bake these in to batches.
- Cook at 370 degrees for 4-5 minutes per batch.

Cake Mix Cookies can be stored at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
