Ingredients
- 4 Large Garlic Bulbs
- 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper optional
- Minced Fresh Parsley optional
Instructions
- Slice the top off each bulb of garlic.
- Place each bulb in their own square piece of tin foil.
- Drizzle the top of each bulb with 1 Tablespoon olive oil.
- Depending on what you’re using the garlic for, and your preferences, you can sprinkle the garlic with salt and pepper.
- Wrap the garlic bulbs tightly in the foil and place in the air fryer, in one layer.
- Air fry at 400 degrees fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
- Unwrap and gently squeeze the garlic cloves into a sealable container.
- Sprinkle with fresh minced parsley, if desired, and use as needed. Enjoy!
Notes
• Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or up to 3 months in the freezer. • Depending on the size of your garlic bulbs, you may need to adjust the cooking time. Simply check how soft the garlic is before unwrapping all of the bulbs. If it’s not to your liking, add cooking time. • You can add more olive oil, if you prefer. You just don’t want it to make a mess by spilling out of the foil into your air fryer. • You do not need to peel your garlic. You’re cooking the entire thing.
