INGREDIENTS:
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- ¼ cup strawberries fresh or frozen, cut into pieces
- 8-12 wonton wrappers 3×3 inches
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
INSTRUCTIONSÂ :
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla. Stir together until well blended and smooth. Add strawberries and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Lay wonton wrappers flat, and spoon a small amount of the mixture into the center of the wonton. Brush the edges of the wonton wrapper with water and then bring sides together to make a small pillow shape square.
- Place filled wontons in a lightly sprayed air fryer basket, without stacking or overlapping.
- Air fry at 350 degrees F for 6-8 minutes until wontons are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer basket and sprinkle with a light dusting of powdered sugar.

Add lemon juice – Adding in a squirt of lemon juice is a great way to add a bit of citrus flavor.
