Carrots and parsnips are ideal for cooking together in the air fryer. Cook in freshly chopped rosemary or drizzle with honey and garlic for a delicious taste.

Ingredients:

  • 400 g carrots
  • 400 g parsnips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • Salt and pepper to season

Instructions:

  • Wash and slice the carrots and parsnips. You can optionally peel them first.
  • Place carrots and parsnips in a bowl and add the olive oil; shake about to ensure they are covered.
  • Add the chopped rosemary, salt and pepper and mix together.
  • Transfer to the air fryer basket and cook at 200°C for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking halfway.
