- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 ½ cups panko breadcrumbs
- Olive oil spray

- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- â…“ cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions: Air Fryer Honey Butter Garlic Chicken Tenders
Step 1: Preheat Air Fryer
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2: Prepare the Breading
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and black pepper.
- In a second bowl, add beaten eggs. In a third, add panko breadcrumbs.
Step 3: Coat the Chicken
- Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then dip in egg, and coat in panko.
- Lightly spray coated tenders with olive oil.
Step 4: Air Fry
- Arrange tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp (internal temp: 165°F).
Step 5: Make the Sauce
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, and chili flakes. Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Step 6: Toss & Serve
