Ingredients:
Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers in the air fryer
- 500g chicken breast or thigh, cut into cubes
- Olive oil
- Skewers
- Seasoning mix
- Garlic butter topping
- Extra grated Parmesan, to finish
Seasoning Mix:
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
Garlic Butter Topping:
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- Chopped parsley (optional)
- chilli flakes (optional)
- Salt & pepper
Directions:
Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers in the air fryer
- 1. Toss chicken with olive oil + seasoning
- 2. Thread diced chicken onto skewers
- 3. Make Garlic Butter: Melt butter, add garlic, parmesan, parsley, chilli, salt and pepper
- 4. Brush chicken with garlic butter topping
- 5. Air fry at 200°C (390°F) for 10–12 mins, flipping halfway.
- 6. Brush more of the garlic butter over cooked skewers. Sprinkle extra Parmesan on top.
