Ingredients:
- 400 g carrots
- 400 g parsnips
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
- Salt and pepper to season
Instructions:
- Wash and slice the carrots and parsnips. You can optionally peel them first.
- Place carrots and parsnips in a bowl and add the olive oil; shake about to ensure they are covered.
- Add the chopped rosemary, salt and pepper and mix together.
- Transfer to the air fryer basket and cook at 200°C for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking halfway.
